A funny Wednesday, I had
Dear Bloggie,
I would like to share some minor incidents which had happened today because i found them rather funny!
Before i go into those 'funny' things, we'll start with how i started my day in school. I reached school compound at ard 10.04am. My stomach was grumbling! THus, i decided to slight at the busstop at Canteen A and grabbed a breakfast set from subway and gobbled it down within 3minutes! (big mouth, yes! LOL!) After that, i chionged to 301 lesson at south spine. The lesson wasn't too bad today. Even though there were still times where by the professor was murmuring to himself, but some kind and brave soul has decided to feedback on his teaching style. Maybe he had reflected and decided to impart more knowledge to the students (us) in a better way. He has made attempts to repeat what he said, for at least twice. Therefore, the lesson today was more fruitful than the lessons we had in the previous week! I have managed to catch at least 72% of his waterfall contents today, as compared to almost a 5% in the previous lesson on last Friday. great! i hope this can continue on!
When we were released at 1230pm, HL went for her winning formula thingy, laytin went for sth else, xinni went home, HS went FAL to print stuff while i headed for HSS library. Took a short short nap in the library (hehe) and read some stuff to prepare for the 'political debate' tutorial at 1430pm.
Funny 1:
During my short stay in the library, there was this girl seated behind me. WIth the silence in the library, all sounds from any sources can be heard very clearly. Suddenly, i heard some little soft noises of 'farting' coming from the girl behind me. Well, i'm really not sure if it was her who farted, or was it the pressure she had put on her backpack because she was leaning against it while seated. -.^ But it was quite funny because the other 2 persons at my table stared and giggled too. HAHA!
Funny 2:
I have disliked the unisex concepts toilets in HSS library, simply because it's very smelly (mainly because guys cannot aim properly). argh! Total disgust! Anyway, i needed the loo still. So when i drying my wet hands under the hot-air dryer (located very near to the last cubicle), there was this guy who went into that particular cubicle and for a few seconds he did not close the door. -.- I was suspecting if he had even forgotten to close the door! Or maybe he left it open on purpose? Or he was too urgent to release himself and din't bother to lock the door? Oh mee god. ZzZ. Whatever. I dislike the unisex toilet concept as some people don't bother to respect themselves and other users.
Funny 3:
I left for my HA103 tutorial class. Halfway throughout the lesson, i was feeling bit displeased, especially with the professor. We went into the class and what he said was sth like 'get into ur groups and discuss' and we were left alone in our own groups till 3.30pm(end of lesson) before he came n ask each group to speak up. All he said was 'excellent','i like this','good', 'anymore?'. So, I stayed all the way for the lessons for all this? Oh man! It would really be a waste of time coming to the lessons if the discussion was even more fruitless. BUT BUT BUT! thank god the discussion was pretty fun i would say. There was almost no long pauses, perhaps it was because the pair of twins was very active. So the discussion was quite meaningful. However, staring at both of them while they talk continuously gave me bit of giddy spells. HAHAHA!
While the first group was presenting, I was not realy paying attention. I only wanted to leave for home. I'm tired! Things were all fine until the group mentioned sth abt keeping foreign talents at bay, that created a minor commotion within my group and this could be considered slightly rude because the guy from group 1 was still presenting. And when the prof went 'Excellent!'. Some of us laughed pretty loudly. THe prof looked kinda offended and directed the next arrow at us. Of course, one of the twins will definitely do something. Zai! Bu Kui is under scholarship one! hahahaa!
Anyway, the funny issue had revolved around the issue of foreign talents still. Only those who were present may find it funny.
After the lesson, i commented that 'be professor very slack'. Not sure if the prof heard me, even though i would still insist it's the truth at this moment. But i certainly do not wish to let him have a bad impression of me since he's the only lecturer/tutor in this course and my grades still depend on him, especially the participation area. HAHA!
Alrite, i've gtg! Time for dinner! buaiiis!!
